Students and professionals earn rewards by sharing useful knowledge, helping others and building active communities. Everyone follows the same earning rules.

How to earn points

Earn up to 1,500 cash-eligible points per calendar month. Weekly limits use Monday?Sunday; all periods use India Standard Time. If an award crosses the monthly cap, only the remaining allowance earns cash points.

Quality comes first

Contributions must be relevant, understandable, respectful and useful. Share original explanations, practical examples, thoughtful questions, study resources or lessons from experience. Credit your sources. Length alone does not establish quality.

Moderators review contributions before points become available. Ordinary awards have a seven-day review period, measured from submission; a later approval releases them after approval. Helpful votes nominate posts for review, rather than awarding cash directly. Voters must have accounts at least 14 days old and activity on three separate days. Self-votes and coordinated voting do not qualify.

Logins, likes given, generic comments, duplicate content, advertisements disguised as advice, invitations sent and group creation do not earn points. Respectful disagreement does not lose points merely because an opinion is unpopular.

Referrals that become active members

Share your personal referral link before your friend registers. One referrer is recorded at signup. Your friend must verify their email, complete their profile, accept the program, participate on three separate days and make an approved contribution or attend a verified learning session within their first 30 days.

After day 30 and abuse review, you receive 150 points and your friend receives 50 welcome points. The welcome award may combine with their 50 onboarding points. A maximum of five referrals per month earns points. Self-referrals and fabricated accounts are ineligible. Shared campus and office networks are reviewed fairly.

Build healthy groups

An existing member can record an invitation from a group member after joining voluntarily. A 30-day qualification period starts when the invitation is recorded. Contributions on two separate days must pass review. Each joining member generates only one group recruitment award during the pilot; platform referrals cannot also earn group recruitment points.

Hosts can submit an agenda, published recap or resource and at least five distinct attendees for a group session. Attendance and quality are verified before the 75-point award is approved.

• Growing Community: 10 distinct contributors in 30 days.
• Collaborative Community: 25 contributors and two approved sessions in 30 days.
• Knowledge Community: 50 contributors and ten validated resources or solutions in 30 days.

Group badges require administrator quality review and display the date of that review.

Recognition that stays with you

Community Reputation recognises approved knowledge contributions and group facilitation, including qualifying work beyond cash caps. Onboarding, referrals, group recruitment and challenge bonuses do not earn reputation. Cash allocation never reduces reputation.

Reputation does not expire, although invalid awards can be reversed. Higher levels recognise contribution and may provide eligibility for reviewed showcases, hosting or mentoring opportunities. A badge is not a professional qualification or automatic moderation permission.

Monthly cash rewards

Statements are generated after each completed calendar month. Available eligible points are allocated once, at the rate effective for the statement month. Points still awaiting review carry forward and become eligible in the month they are released. No minimum payout threshold applies.

Your statement shows the points, rate, amount due and payment status. Allocation is not a completed bank transfer: administrators arrange payment and record the transfer reference. Finovo does not promise a payment date until the transfer is arranged. Points allocated to cash cannot also be spent on catalogue rewards; catalogue redemption is disabled under this cash program.

Future rate changes are published with their effective month and apply prospectively. A statement retains its original rate. Points cannot be transferred between accounts or purchased. Do not post bank or UPI details in public contributions or review evidence.

Adjustments, expiry and appeals

Confirmed abuse can reverse an award. Editing or withdrawing the source contribution invalidates its existing approval; appeal if the revised contribution should qualify. If points have already been allocated or paid, the adjustment offsets future earnings; it does not create a cash debt. Suspended accounts are held from new awards and payout allocation until reviewed. Unallocated points expire 12 months after release, with in-app reminders 30 and seven days before expiry. Normal monthly allocation occurs before this expiry.

Appeal a rejected or reversed award from your history within 14 days of the decision. Explain why it should be reviewed. The response target is seven working days. A successful appeal may restore points or return the activity to review. Restored points receive a new 12-month expiry and enter the next eligible cash statement.

Questions and participation

Join from your Rewards dashboard after verifying your email and completing your profile. The dashboard shows pending and available points, decisions, reputation, badges, referrals and cash statements. Only eligible activities submitted after joining earn rewards; historical activity is not automatically backdated.

This program begins as a 90-day pilot. Changes to future rules will be published before they take effect. Existing cash statements and completed payments retain their recorded terms.
